For one of these competitions, I made miniature oleo landing gear.
One of the teachers told me it would be too long and difficult to do. So I told him I'd have to make a model like the previous years, just in case I couldn't manage it. I managed to make a working model for the competition.
When we arrived at the competition, during the presentation of our plane, one of the engineers mentioned that he had never seen a team equip a plane with functional oleo landing gear.
I was proud, a world first in this competition and everyone thought I wouldn't make it in time.
Cargo plane SAE aerodesign competition

My passion for aviation began with model aircraft. One thing led to another, and I was appointed president of my school's model flying club. This gave me the opportunity to apply the principles I'd learned in class to my own projects.
I spent an incredible amount of time helping others with their projects and learning to fly remote-controlled aircraft.
President of the aeromodelling club

I was lucky enough to win the competition during my school years. They gave each team in the contest a box with materials and tools that were not very suitable for building model airplane.
We then had to take this plane and fly it as far as possible. Only one chance to succeed!
My team and I beat 30 other teams from the school. An aeronautical school, remember. Two years in a row!
Winner of the ENA Grand Challenge

Replica of Sopwith Camel 2F.1
I've teamed up with 2 incredible people to make a full-scale replica of a World War I aircraft.
Although there's still a long way to go before the maiden flight. It's a work of passion and perseverance.
I'm truly honored to be helping these two gentlemen.
